Refund Policy

If you are from Manipur, Refund can be done within 24 hours after receiving the product without any scratch damaging in the original condition
In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made within 5-7 working days back to the same payment source used to pay for the order.
In case of COD orders, customers’ bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via Google Pay or PayTM.
But when we received the product package, and if the original product found damage or any scratch, we will not refund the due amount accordingly and we will contact you for this.
