• Affiliates must not engage in any misleading or deceptive advertising practices.

• Affiliates must not use unsolicited email (spam) to promote www.manipurmarketing.com.

Commission Structure:

• Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links.
• The commission rate and payment terms will be provided upon acceptance into the affiliate program.
• Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold is met. If the threshold is not met, the commission will roll over to the next month.

Prohibited Activities:

• Affiliates must not engage in any form of cookie stuffing or use deceptive methods to generate commissions.
• Affiliates must not promote www.manipurmarketing.com on websites that contain or promote illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or any content that violates the policies of Facebook or Google.
• Affiliates must not create websites or social media accounts that appear to be operated by www.manipurmarketing.com or claim any official affiliation beyond the affiliate relationship.

Content Guidelines:

• All promotional content must be original and not infringe on the intellectual property rights of www.manipurmarketing.com or any third party.
• Affiliates must not alter or modify any promotional materials provided by www.manipurmarketing.com without prior written consent.
• Affiliates must ensure that their promotional content is accurate and not misleading.

Termination:

• www.manipurmarketing.com reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this policy or any applicable law.

Limitation of Liability:

• www.manipurmarketing.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate program or any breach of this policy.
• www.manipurmarketing.com does not guarantee continuous or error-free access to the affiliate program and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Governing Law:

• This affiliate policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
